About three years ago, Eurovo saw an opportunity for technological advancement in their production plants and began looking into both replacing one of their existing breaking solutions and adding an automatic loading and tray, pallet, and interlayer washing solution. More Efficiency with State-of-the-Art Egg Breaking & Automation
The OptiBreaker, capable of processing up to 216,000 eggs/hour and considered the best egg breaking machine for many years, enables continuous, high-quality liquid egg production and allows operators to focus on process quality and machine operation control for Eurovo.
With the implementation of the automatic loading and utility washing solution, Eurovo optimized loading and eradicated the need to transport packaging from the shelling plant to the washing plant. This nifty optimization not only kept things tidier in the loading and storage area, but it also cut down on breakages and losses of packaging related to the handling of eggs.
