The SANOVO Jet-WasherPro is an egg washing machine utilizing spray nozzles to efficiently clean eggs prior to breaking. The egg washer is optimized for 12/18-row machines with line-dependent capacity of up to 226.800 eggs/hour and washing times between 24-27 seconds per module.
A unique feature of this washer is the smart fishbone pattern in which the 760 nozzles per module are arranged. In combination with the rotation of the eggs on the roller conveyor, we ensure a 360° degree cleaning of the egg. The use of nozzles is especially gentle to eggs with missing shell parts and exposed membranes reducing loss of eggs during washing.
